As a passionate foodie and experienced chef who has lived and worked in the UK, North America, and Europe, I like to cook creative homemade dishes that use the best available, local ingredients. I enjoy cooking many different styles of food including Spanish, Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern.

As a private chef I work with guests staying at Oodles Retreat to put together menus to suit your individual tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

Catering can be provided for many types of groups and events including family gatherings, yoga & cycle retreats, celebrations, breakfast and brunch buffets, afternoon tea, grazing boards and tables, poolside lunches, canapes and more.

Would you like more than food for your event at Oodles? We can offer a full bar set up and service, cocktails, wine pairings and extensive range of wines and beers.

You will see below some sample menus, however these are only ideas, and we will work with you to create the perfect meal.
