As a passionate foodie and experienced chef who has lived and worked in the UK, North America, and Europe, I like to cook creative homemade dishes that use the best available, local ingredients. I enjoy cooking many different styles of food including Spanish, Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern.
As a private chef I work with guests staying at Oodles Retreat to put together menus to suit your individual tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
Catering can be provided for many types of groups and events including family gatherings, yoga & cycle retreats, celebrations, breakfast and brunch buffets, afternoon tea, grazing boards and tables, poolside lunches, canapes and more.

With over 12 years of experience in gastronomy, I specialize in creating nourishing, balanced meals that align with Ayurvedic principles. Whether you’re hosting a retreat or a conscious gathering, I offer personalized Ayurvedic menus tailored to the needs of your group, focusing on promoting well-being, digestion, and balance through food.
In addition to providing delicious and nutritious meals, I also offer hands-on Ayurvedic cooking workshops, where participants can learn the art of Ayurvedic cooking, from spice blends to detox dishes. My passion is to help you and your guests connect more deeply with the healing power of food, leaving them nourished in body and soul.
