As a passionate foodie and experienced chef who has lived and worked in the UK, North America, and Europe, I like to cook creative homemade dishes that use the best available, local ingredients. I enjoy cooking many different styles of food including Spanish, Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern.

As a private chef I work with guests staying at Oodles Retreat to put together menus to suit your individual tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

Catering can be provided for many types of groups and events including family gatherings, yoga & cycle retreats, celebrations, breakfast and brunch buffets, afternoon tea, grazing boards and tables, poolside lunches, canapes and more.

The love of cooking was instilled to me by my mother and grandmother. That’s why quite often my days are the flavours of childhood, it’s typical “Comfort Food”. I have been working in hospitality for several years; as a wedding planner, florist, catering manager and Chef. I have spent several years in Asia, organizing weddings there. I have lived in the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore, where I have also trained my skills as a Chef. I love Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

I also prepare all-day meals for organized groups of cyclists (increased caloric content) and yoga retreats. I am a specialist in finger-food, tapas. I am a mother of two adult daughters who are vegans, and that’s how I started to explore the secrets of vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

Since I was a little girl a loved being in the kitchen. I even had my own toy kitchen where I made pasta. I started cooking for my family when I was only 14 and never stopped. I worked in hospitality for a long time. Several years as a kitchen chef. I loved making buffets and decorating meals.

In 2012 I lived a raw vegan lifestyle for some time and started making raw food crackers and other products in my kitchen. This lead to the foundation of Biobites, a production company of raw food crackers and cookies, selling to health food shops in several European countries.

2 years ago I wanted to follow one of my other passions, living a life in Spain. So now I am living my dream in the beautiful surroundings of the Costa Blanca. When I am not working I love to dance, do yoga/meditation, walking and being in nature
