After a successful career in the UK and Canada, my husband and I moved to Spain to follow our passion for great food and wine and opened a tapas restaurant on the Costa Blanca. Following the success of that first venture we went on to open another restaurant specialising in plant based food.
A passion for all types of cuisine having traveled extensively but particularly enjoy cooking foods from Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
A buffet style breakfast including a selection of fresh breads & pastries served traditionally with fresh grated tomato, local olive oil and a selection of platters including the following:
