We all know someone who wants to learn to cook, it might even be you. Our popular cooking experiences with hands-on classes compliment the perfect holiday.  Based in either the indoor or outdoor kitchen, you’ll learn new skills and test new recipes.

Debbie offers cooking classes, demonstrations and bespoke classes for your group. All classes include a mix of activities and includes all ingredients together with recipe cards and photos for you to keep. Then sit down with your friends and take pleasure in the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied of course, by first-class Spanish wine.

Your class is individual and designed specially for you, we can easily adapt it to kids, making it a fun culinary activity for families. If you have any food allergies or special preferences we’ll be happy to adapt the menu for you. 

Debbie has a wealth of experience in the kitchen and other classes include; Indian food, Asian Street Food, Mexican fiesta, Fish & Seafood, BBQ basics,
Healthy Cooking, Summer Desserts and Plant Based Desserts.

Learn to cook at least three traditional Spanish tapas and present them in a stylish and appetising way. Dishes can be a selection from the following:

Albondigas in a delicious Spanish style sauce
Chorizo & Manchego croquetas with aioli
Spanish tortilla
Gambas al ajillo
Patatas bravas with spicy sauce and aioli
Pinchos morunos
Calamari with chorizo

Duration 3 Hours

Prepare a tasty gazpacho, learn to cook a traditional Spanish paella from scratch, and make some delicious Sangria. The ingredients used in this course can be tailored to your likes, fish, seafood, meat or vegetables.

Prepare some delicious plant based tapas style dishes using fresh and local ingredients. Dishes can include some of the following:

  • Baked green falafel with hummus
  • Tabbouleh salad with tzatziki
  • Spanish tortilla (no eggs)
  • Espinacas con garbanzos (chickpea stew)
  • Flatbread with dips
  • Stuffed mushrooms
  • Papas alinadas (Andalusian potatoes)
