Combines breathing, relaxation techniques with restorative and yin yoga poses, a combination of deep stretch, pressure point massage, meridian stimulation, usually performed using props, blankets, and blocks to promoteeasier breathing, relaxation, stress and pain relief. The use of props helps you hold the stretches for longer enabling your muscles to totally relax and stretch to their fullest extent. Therapeutic yoga may also help alleviate ailments such as insomnia, backache, anxiety and respiratory or digestive problems.
These poses are designed to calm your mind and body, settle your nervous system and increase circulation.
Holistic Massage Therapy
Acupressure & Meridian Massage is based on TCM healing method to restore the free flow of qi, which is the vital life force in the body, works on the same points as acupuncture, but acupuncture uses the needed, while Acupressure and Meridian Massage uses the gentle but firm pressure of hands or fingers to work on the points.
Every point has specific therapeutic effects on the related organ or specific area of the body.
Stretching techniques are also applied to encourage the flow of the blood and energy which are running through the meridians. This massage is applied with warm oil. Acupressure and meridian massage helps to relax muscular tensions from head to toe, promote relaxation and balance the vital life force of the body.
Bach Flower Therapy
Dr Edward Bach discovered that flowers in nature has the ability to affect our emotions positively. The engergies from different flowers can remove our emotional pains and suffering. The Bach Flower Remedies work in conjunction with herbs, homeopathy and medications and are safe for everyone. Dr Bach developed 38 individual flower remedies to help support our emotional states which he believed were the root cause of many physical health problems.
