OODLES RETREAT

Meet Eva Our Tennis Coach!

When asked “Why do you put so much emphasis on the mental game of tennis?” She says: “After many years on a tennis court I’ve received too many awards for the most beautiful strokes, it was time to bring home a real trophy.”

“Tennis was my accidental discovery in the park at the age of 4. I asked my dad to wait and went to arrange my first tennis lesson. Tennis has been a part of my life ever since. I grew up convinced that the key to playing a great tennis game is in the quality of your strokes, and so a lot of effort was channeled in that direction. But it wasn’t until later in life that I discovered that technical side is very important, however the strokes alone are not much related to playing the game. ”

Too much frustration and anger on the tennis court, too many broken rackets, too many unanswered questions about what does it really take to play a sensational tennis match, set her on a path of discovery. She devoted almost 15 years to studying a mental game of tennis. The game which creates an elegant, controlled, light, exciting, and a victorious tennis match.
