My journey into Qigong and Tai Chi began over 20 years ago, from a deep desire for balance, calm, and connection. What started as a personal search evolved into a way of life where body, energy, and awareness come together.

With a background as a chef, I spent many years creating, caring for others, and constantly being on the go. It was through slowing down that I truly reconnected with my body. In Qigong and Tai Chi, I found what I had been searching for all along: mindfulness in movement, a way to step out of the mind and fully arrive in the present moment.

Over the years, I have explored and trained in various holistic disciplines:

Integrating this knowledge into my work. Blending Eastern wisdom with a grounded, practical approach. I work with both groups and one-on-one sessions, always tailored to what you need in the moment.
