Ayurvedic cooking workshops offer a holistic and transformative approach to food preparation, grounded in the ancient principles of Ayurveda. Our workshops teach participants how to create nourishing meals tailored to their unique doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—balancing the body’s energies for optimal health and well-being. Attendees learn to use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and Ayurvedic spices to enhance digestion, boost immunity, and promote mental clarity. Beyond cooking techniques, the workshops often explore the philosophy of mindful eating, emphasizing the connection between food, body, and mind.
Each workshop is two hours long and features hands-on cooking, a shared meal, and practical insights into Ayurvedic digestion (Agni). You’ll receive handouts with recipes to take home, enhancing your retreat experience.
Prices start from €10 per person when added to the chef service, or from €25 per person as a standalone event
