Debbie has a wealth of experience in the kitchen and other classes include; Indian food, Asian street food, Mexican fiesta, fish & seafood, BBQ basics, healthy cooking, summer desserts and plant based desserts.
Debbie offers cooking classes, demonstrations and bespoke classes for your group. All classes include a mix of activities and includes all ingredients together with recipe cards and photos for you to keep. Then sit down with your friends and take pleasure in the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied of course, by first-class Spanish wine.
Duration minimum 3 Hours – Prepare some delicious plant based tapas style dishes using fresh and local ingredients. Dishes can include some of the following: Baked green falafel with hummus Tabbouleh salad with tzatziki Spanish tortilla (no eggs) Espinacas con garbanzos (chickpea stew) Flatbread with dips Stuffed mushrooms Papas alinadas (Andalusian potatoes) Learn how to prepare and cook plant based foods, impressing your guests with your culinary delights.
