The retreat accommodates all levels and beginners are very welcome

5 blissful days of yoga… relaxation, inspirational and empowering workshops, gentle morning flow yoga classes, stimulating treatments, meditation, sunbathing by the pool, leisurely walks, incredible healthy food, in a stunning location, surrounded by magnificent gardens and mountainous views.

A journey with CJ Savasana with daily physical tuition, posture correction, flexibility, mindfulness, silent meditation sessions and self reflection.

The entire programme is optional after all this is your holiday, so you can be as active or relaxed as you like.  If you feel like you need a day off to relax by the pool, take a stroll or enjoy one of our amazing treatments that’s fine too.

*Transfers are included from Alicante Airport between the hours of 09.00-18.00, outside of these hours a small charge of £35 each way will be added to your booking.

Your Host – Chanelle Jarrett
Yoga Teacher

Chanelle has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits 10 years ago. She trained in the disciplines of gentle flow hatha, Yin, Yang, Vinyasa, Yinyasa Restorative and Contemporary dance combined with yoga.

She began teaching 5 years ago and fell in love instantly, knowing that this is what she would continue to do for the rest of her life. Completing children and family teacher training in August 2013 with Rainbow Kids Yoga, Chanelle then went on to complete 200 hours adult teaching in August 2016 with Yandara Yoga Institute. A further 25 hours of How Yoga Works Teacher Training (poster, flexibility, anatomy) in May 2018 with Sivananda Yoga School. And more recently completing in November 2018, 100 hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Yandara Yoga Institute.

Growing up Chanelle loved to dance with her favourite style being contemporary. She loved how it made her feel, the emotions that were released, the indescribable feelings and simply getting lost in the music. She loves to experiment and offers creative sequences as she incorporates embodied wisdom of yoga and dance. Chanelle creates a safe, non-competitive space for her students, like yoga there are never any judgment or expectations, she creates a truly amazing experience combining dance with yoga.
