About Veerle

Originally from the Netherlands, I now feel truly at home in Spain, surrounded by the beauty of the Costa Blanca. Every day I feel grateful for the privilege of living here, teaching, and sharing what I love most: yoga and breathwork.

My motto is simple but powerful: Do what you love, love what you do. Since 2018, I have been guiding people on their yoga journey – from complete beginners to tailored private recovery programs for VIP clients specialized from burnout and addiction. Through this work, I have seen how incredibly wise our bodies are: how they heal within one session, store and release tension with breath and mindful movement. How we can move through discomfort, and step into greater clarity, flexibility, and joy of both body and mind.

Yoga and breathwork came into my life at a time when I was grieving and searching for guidance. It was my own body that pointed me towards the path forward, moving through my feelings mindfully and with kindness instead of pushing them away. Since then, these practices have been my anchor, my daily reset, and my energy bender, a place I can always go to. In meditation, movement or a simple breathing practice.

As the founder of The Breath Moment, it’s my joy to guide you towards moments of peace, presence, and joy. And it’s about having fun while moving.

My classes are light-hearted and accessible, while still offering depth. They help you reconnect with yourself, your surroundings, and others, we practice presence and awareness. I bring the wisdom of spiritual practice, but teach it in a down-to-earth and inclusive way, suitable for all levels, ages, and abilities.

Building a Relationship with your body in a loving way

Breathwork

75 minutes session
1-2 People €60 | 3-5 People €90 

Here’s in short what you can expect from your session and what happens breathing deep and longer than usual.

In guided breathwork, you’ll explore ‘conscious connected’ breathing techniques supported by music. We begin with an introduction and simple practice to get you familiar with the breath used.

After a light warm-up, we make sure you and your body are ready for the main breathwork part of your session. You breathe deep and rhythmic, designed to activate your nervous system. This releases tension, and access deeper layers of your brain for healing and feeling more.

I will monitor your process closely and offer guidance throughout. Our session ends with calm integration, essential for resetting the nervous system and allowing natural healing to arise.

All of this happens in a safe, compassionate space where you are free to feel, release, and reconnect.
